By purchasing or downloading digital products (“Product”) from my website, Linktree (/michellealleymusic/), or Etsy store Red Leaf Studio NH, you agree to the following terms:

1. Ownership

• All Products are the exclusive property of Michelle Alley Music Academy.

• Copyright remains with us; purchase only grants a limited license.

• License is non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user.

• Provide copies to other teachers, studios, organizations, or students beyond your personal studio.

• License cannot be transferred, assigned, or sublicensed without written permission.

5. No Refunds

• All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

6. Enforcement & Updates

• Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

• Terms may be updated at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.
